Wages and benefits in the hospitality industry are notoriously low, tight margins often mean that organizations do not have resources to increase pay. Existing research has demonstrated low pay is a large factor high rate of turnover industry. Therefore, present study aimed understand whether enriching job characteristics such as variety may attenuate relationship between benefit satisfaction.
